Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain,peel and cut in half lengthwise. Arrange in shallow baking dish (9 by l3). Sprinkle lightly with salt. Blend orange juice with brown sugar, cornstarch, salt and raisins. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes.
